Shipping and Returns


When placing an order, you may be asked to provide certain Personal Information, which could include your name, address, telephone number, email address and financial information necessary to process and track orders. This information will be kept in a database for future reference, as needed. We may use this information to contact you with offers regarding products or services from Icelandic Glacial. If you wish to opt out or unsubscribe, please contact us at

Icelandic Glacial may also ask you to provide information such as your name, address, telephone number and email address for customer support or to resolve any technical issues that you may have with the Site. This information will help us to improve the Site for you and other users.

We only offer home delivery in the Los Angeles and Miami area. All other orders that come through our website that are not located in the zip codes provided will be cancelled after the order has been placed. Please allow 3-5 business days for home delivery, not including holidays.



Subscriptions require a minimum of two orders to receive cost savings. You may cancel at any time with no cancellation fee after the initial two orders have been processed. If you cancel after an order has been processed, your subscription will be cancelled after that shipment.

Office hours are Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm PST. Cancellations requested via email will be determined based on whether or not the order is already in process. If your order has already been processed, it cannot be cancelled and/or refunded.

Orders shipped do not require a signature upon delivery through the carrier. Icelandic Glacial is not responsible for stolen item(s) once delivery is confirmed.

In the case of any returned items to the warehouse for any event(s) in which Icelandic Glacial is not at fault, a stocking fee of $15.00 per case will be charged (this does not include damaged items).



If you feel the product has arrived seriously damaged, please contact us at 424-201-6800. In order to start a claim we will require proof of damage with pictures to help expedite the process.
