About You:

We are in search of the next talented Regional Commercial Manager to join our growing team! This role will be based out of our Europe offices in Paris, France and requires on site visits to our office. We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Commercial Manager to lead and accelerate the growth of ICELANDIC GLACIAL across European markets. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to strengthen existing distribution networks, unlock new high-value partnerships, and elevate the brand’s presence across premium channels.

Things You’ll Do:

1. Distribution Management & Expansion
•    Manage and develop relationships with existing distribution partners across Europe
•    Ensure consistent performance, alignment with brand standards, and achievement of          commercial targets
•    Identify and onboard new distribution partners to accelerate market penetration

2. Business Development
•    Proactively identify new business opportunities across key channels, including:
       o    HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés)
       o    Specialty and gourmet retail
       o    Premium mass retail
       o    Wellness and fitness centers
       o    Entertainment and lifestyle venues
       o    Travel retail

•    Build and negotiate strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and accessibility

3. Key Account Negotiation & Activation
•    Develop relationships with high-profile, image-driven accounts
•    Lead negotiations to secure listings and brand activations
•    Drive initiatives that recruit new consumers and reinforce premium positioning

4. Commercial Execution & Distributor Engagement
•    Work closely with distributor sales teams to implement commercial plans
•    Provide guidance, tools, and support to ensure effective sell-in and sell-out
•    Monitor performance and adjust strategies to optimize results

5. Trade Marketing & Strategy Implementation
•    Execute trade marketing initiatives aligned with global brand strategy
•    Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and international teams
•    Ensure excellence in in-market execution and brand representation


What It Takes:

•    Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial roles, preferably within premium                  FMCG, beverages, or luxury/lifestyle brands
•    Strong expertise in managing distribution networks and multi-channel environments
•    Passion to work the field to « conquer » new clients, as strategic and volume accounts. 
•    Proven track record in business development and key account negotiation
•    Excellent commercial acumen and strategic mindset combined with operational agility
•    Experience working in international and cross-functional environments (sales,                        marketing, supply chain, logistics)
•    Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to drive growth in a dynamic environment
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence and inspire partners
•    Passion for premium brands and willingness to act as a true brand ambassador
•    Fluency in English and French required; additional languages are a plus (Spanish)
•    Must routinely exercise independent judgment and be able to work and think                      strategically
•    Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and solid grasp of web            technologies
