About You:
We are in search of the next talented, and tenaciously customer-centric On Premise Sales Manager – On Premise to join our growing team! We are seeking someone who’s a self-starter with a passion to manage their own territory, and is customer focused to sell non-alcohol beverages within the On-Premise business segment. Targets include, but not limited to: nightclubs, restaurants, bars, hotels, country clubs, and other On-Premise accounts. The On Premise Sales Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of growth strategies and expansion in the Food Service Channel of Icelandic Glacial presence in Los Angeles City and surrounding areas. Things You’ll Do:
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs, resulting in increased brand awareness and new customer acquisition with on premise accounts throughout Los Angeles City and surrounding areas;
- Be responsible for case volume and revenue growth, achieve agreed upon sales goals & targets
- Primary goal is to open new On-Premise accounts.
- Must have the confidence to cold calls On-Premise customers.
- Understand the 3-tier beverage system.
- Participate in local events/activations.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Be knowledgeable in all aspects of our sales and customer service policies, objectives, and initiatives;
The Right Candidate has:
- The On Premise Sales Manager will be responsible for case volume and revenue growth.
- Primary goal is to open new On-Premise accounts.
- Must have the confidence to cold calls On-Premise customers.
- Understand the 3-tier beverage system.
- Participate in local events/activations.
- Work with and train our distributor partners.
- Overnight travels are minimal.
- Work week expectations: 4 days out in the market with 1 day in the office.
- Have the ability to lift 42 pounds.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- 3+ years experience in the beverage industry is required.
- Focused territories are Los Angeles and the surrounding areas, but not limited to other LOS ANGELES
- Must reside in Los Angeles or surrounding areas (within 20 miles).
- Candidate will report to the On-Premise Sales Director with a dotted line to the Region Sales Leader.
