About You:

We are in search of the next candidate who wants to grow with us!  We are seeking an experienced and results-driven person to work with order fulfillment, data entry and customer service in Logistics. If you want to be a part of an amazing team behind an amazing brand, then please apply today!

Things You’ll Do:

• Work with freight brokers or carriers
• Proficient in understanding shipping requirements & documents (weight/pallets)
• Heavy day to day order entry & processing
• Answer/follow up on questions on order status, shipment schedules and help resolve processing issues as they  
• Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
• Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
• Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
• Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
• Tracking and fixing shipping errors
• Preparing bills and invoices
• Managing distribution and shipment budgets
• Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
• Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized

The Right Candidate has:

• 2-5 year min on RFQ (rates, freight & quotes)
• Oracle net suites experience a plus
• Experience working with 3PL Warehouses & transportation brokers
• Experience planning & coordinating LTL/FTL loads
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Microsoft Excel is necessary  
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
• Must be highly-skilled in planning, organizing, prioritizing, delegating, and supervising;
• Ability to think strategically and lead a team to success;
• Outstanding oral and written communication and people skills;
• Can-do attitude and good sense of humor
• Passionate, well organized and tenacious
• Creative and strategic thinker with strong opinions
• Thrives in entrepreneurial environment - can be scrappy, creative and resourceful while also building structure and process.
• Doesn’t take “NO” for an answer and drives solutions to win accounts and get results
