We are looking to fill a mid-level role for an IT Consultant at our Los Angeles office - someone who works hard, brings a positive attitude to the table, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment! The ideal candidate has experience in web applications/databases and can handle multiple projects at once.
The primary responsibilities of the position are to support the sales operations by through the sales dashboard, develop new features and the overall maintenance of the system, database optimization would be a plus but not mandatory (index creation, performance monitoring and so on) support sales operations by maintaining the sales dashboard.
SALES DASHBOARD:
Icelandic Glacial is using an MVC Web Application and an MS-SQL Database to register sales and purchase orders for all their shipments in the US, the system is currently receiving data from AB for sales and includes reports for budgets and sales comparison per month.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1-2 years recent professional experience in the following programming languages (C#, Razor, MVC, MS-SQL)
Required experience with the following technologies:
C#, ASP.NET
MVC 4.0 or later
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, Bootstrap, jQuery
Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL)
Experience with Visual Studio and the MS-SQL Server Management Studio.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work delivered.
