Jon Olafsson: Chairman & Co-Founder
Jon is a serial entrepreneur with history in media, telecommunications, banking, construction and consumer products. Jon began his career in music and films and built Iceland's biggest media corporation, Northern Lights Communications, spanning TV, radio, mobile, cinemas, music retail stores and recording studios.
Kristjan Olafsson: Co-Founder
Kristjan has diverse professional experience, which includes positions in the hospitality, technology, media and entertainment industries. Kristjan served as CEO of Room Service Deliveries, a restaurant deliveries company in London, UK. Kristjan also founded Innn, a leading software company in Iceland, where he also served as CEO.
Reza Mirza: CEO North America
Reza is responsible for sales, marketing and distribution in USA and Canada. He has substantial experience in the beverage sector, having been President and COO of Activate, (appointed by Tata) and Senior marketing manager of Nestle Waters (working with many brands including Arrowhead, Poland Spring, Perrier, S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna.) Before this, he served as brand manager for Colgate Palmolive. He has a BS from the University of Madras, an MBA from the University of New Delhi and a Masters from Columbia University.
Chris Hancock: Director of Business Affairs
Chris is responsible for fundraising, investor relations and assists with corporate development. He is a specialist in the corporate finance needs of family and entrepreneur-owned companies. He has an MA from Oxford University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of international corporate finance experience, 10 with JP Morgan.
Paul Sheppard: CFO
Paul has over 20 years in accounting and financial management with extensive experience with fast growing companies in the IT and Media sectors.
